There is no ticket system and no chatbot. Email goes to the people who build TLDR Money, and one of them answers it.
Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. If it is about a specific transaction, the date and the amount are usually enough to find it.

Getting your data out
CSV export is free on every plan, including the free one, and it exports everything. Your transactions are yours and nothing is held back to make leaving harder.
Deleting your account
Email us from the address on the account and we will delete it along with everything in it. Export a CSV first if you want to keep your history — deletion is not reversible.
Billing, trials and cancelling
Subscriptions run through the App Store or Google Play, so cancelling and refunds are handled there rather than by us. What each plan includes, and what happens when a trial ends.
Something looks wrong in your ledger
Every transaction is editable, whoever or whatever created it. Voice and chat entries always pass through a review sheet first, so if one arrived wrong it can be corrected on the spot rather than hunted down later.
Common questions
Is there a web or desktop version?
Not at the moment. TLDR Money is an iPhone and Android app. CSV export works on both, so your transactions open in a spreadsheet on any machine you like.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Email us from the address on the account and we will delete it along with everything in it. Export a CSV first if you want to keep your history, because deletion is not reversible.
Something was categorised wrong. Can I fix it?
Yes. Every transaction is editable, whether you typed it, spoke it or let Apple Pay capture it, and nothing is saved from voice or chat until you have seen it on a review sheet and confirmed it.
The app misheard me. What now?
Edit it on the confirm card before saving. Amount, merchant, category and date are all editable there, which is why the card exists. Nothing reaches your ledger until you tap save.
